PHP 7 usage is still experimental...
Upgrade you PHP to php 7.2 by running:
On CentOS 6
wget http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-6.rpm rpm -Uvh remi-release-6.rpm
On CentOS 7
wget http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-7.rpm rpm -Uvh remi-release-7.rpm
