To allow phone calling from extensions belonging to tenant A to extensions belonging to tenant B you have to define conduits.
To allow phone calling from extensions belonging to tenant A, to extensions belonging to tenant B, you have to define conduits.  
From menu Configuration choose More Configuration than choose Conduits.
 
Choose the tenant A then create a conduit specifing a prefix, the tenant we want to be able to call and defining if you whant the caller id to be alterated and if you want switch tenant mode on.

To allow phone calling from extensions belonging to tenant A, to extensions belonging to tenant B, you have to define conduits.

From menu Configuration choose More Configuration then choose Conduits.

Choose the tenant A, then create a conduit by specifying: a prefix, the tenant we want to be able to call, defining if you want the caller id to be modifyied and if you want switch tenant mode on.
