User Privileges

There are some "Macro privileges" including other privileges. Some of these privileges are only used internally.

Full power administration

It includes Full Menu Configuration, Full Menu Status, Full Menu Admin, Can Upgrade, Can Edit AGI Scripts, Can Manage Balance, Can Edit DID Numbers, Can Add Tenants, Can Edit All Tenants, Can Use All Routing Profiles, Can Manage Reserved Profile Users, Can Send Faxes, Can Delete Faxes, Can Edit Conference Server, Can Edit Cronjob Server, Can Edit Campaign Server, Can Edit Queue Server, Can Edit CID Numbers, Can Delete Recordings, Can Edit Unavailable Fields, Can Edit Locked Fields, Can Use Advanced CDR, Can View Call Billing

Restricted administration

It includes Full Menu Configuration, Full Menu Status, Full Menu Admin, Can Edit AGI Scripts, Can Manage Balance, Can Edit DID Numbers, Can Add New DIDs, Can Add Tenants, #Can Edit Own Tenants', #Can Use Own Routing Profiles, Can Edit CID Numbers, Can Delete Recordings, Can Use Advanced CDR, Can View Call Billing

Tenant Admin

It includes Full Menu Configuration, Full Menu Status, Can Delete Recordings, Can View Call Billing

Full Menu Configuration

It includes all menu entries available under Configuration menu

Full Menu Status

It includes all menu entries available under Status menu

Full Menu Admin

It includes all menu entries available under Admin menu

Can Upgrade

Can upgrade the system

Can Edit AGI Scripts

Can edit the parameters for AGI scripts

Can Manage Balance

Can manage the balance in Status/Balance

Can Add New DIDs

Can add new DID numbers in Configuration/DID page

Can Edit DID Numbers

Can edit DID numbers in Configuration/DID page

Can Add Tenants

Can add new tenants in Admin/Tenants page

Can Edit All Tenants

Can edit tenants even if not assigned to the user

Can Edit Own Tenants

Cane edit tenants only if assigned to the user

Can Use All Routing Profiles

Can use routing profiles even if not assigned to the user

Can Manage Reserved Profile Users

Can edit users with a reserved user profile

Can Send Faxes

Can send faxes using Status/Faxes

Can Delete Faxes

Can delete faxes in Status/Faxes

Can Edit Conference Server

Can edit the field specifying the hosting server for the conference

Can Edit Cronjob Server

Can edit the field specifying the hosting server for the cronjob

Can Edit Campaign Server

Can edit the field specifying the hosting server for the call campaign

Can Edit Queue Server

Can edit the field specifying the hosting server for the queue

Can Edit CID Numbers

Can edit the caller id entering a custom caller id

Can Delete Recordings

Can delete recordings from Call History, when listening to the recordings

Can Edit Unavailable Fields

Can edit fields defined as "Unavailable" in Admin/Defaults

Can edit fields defined as "Locked" in Admin/Defaults

Can Use Advanced CDR

Can use the disposition link to access to Voipmonitor data

Can view the call cost for each call

Used in the "User level" profiles, allow editing own extension

Used in the "User level" profiles, allow editing own voicemail

Used in the "User level" profiles, allow viewing own Call History and own Voicemail Messages
